For any team that works a list Open beta

Work the list. Watch the number move.

Circuit turns the spreadsheet your team already works from into a live list they can call and message from in one swipe — and it measures whether the number actually moved, not how many calls were made.

This is the whole product, in five taps

Drag a row to the left. Call, message, log what happened — and the tracker beside it moves as you go. Switch the lane to see the same screen doing sales instead.

Sound familiar

The list is fine. It is everything around the list that leaks.

"Who has already been called?"

Two people work the same sheet and both ring the same customer, an hour apart. The customer notices before the team does.

Retyping the same message forty times

Copy the name from the sheet, copy the amount, open WhatsApp, paste, fix the language, send. Then do it again. Half the day goes on typing, not talking.

Nobody knows if it is working until month end

The report says four hundred calls were made. It does not say whether the number you are judged on moved even one ringgit.

Everything it does

One screen your team lives in all day

The list

Your own spreadsheet, made live

  • Import the sheet you already produce — your columns become the fields
  • Every row carries its own status, so two people never work the same one twice
  • Sort and filter by anything in your sheet
  • Multiple numbers per person, each with its own state
Contact

One swipe from the row to the call

  • Swipe a row, tap Call or WhatsApp — you never leave the list
  • Every attempt is stamped on the row the moment it happens
  • Save any number straight to the phone's contacts
  • Foreign numbers are spotted and confirmed before anything is dialled
Messages

Templates that fill themselves in

  • Placeholders pull live from your own columns — name, amount, date, anything
  • Malay or English chosen automatically from the name
  • Write your own templates — as many as your team needs
  • A person always presses send. Nothing goes out on its own.
Priority

Who to ring first, and why

  • Every row scores itself, so the day starts with the list already ordered
  • Tap the score and it shows its working — never a black box
  • You set what counts and how much it counts for
  • Re-scores itself as the day changes
The tracker

The number, not the activity

  • Measures how far the target moved, not how many calls were logged
  • Per person and per team, updating as the day runs
  • Same maths whether you are recovering or closing
  • Export to Excel whenever someone upstairs asks
Guardrails

The rules hold themselves

  • Contact locks from 9PM to 7AM — nobody can override it
  • Every action carries the name of the person who took it
  • Roles decide who sees which part of the list
  • Nothing is deleted — outcomes are recorded, not overwritten
Quiet hours 9:00PM to 7:00AM, locked

Circuit will not place a call or open a message outside those hours, for anyone, at any level. The one rule a manager can genuinely get in trouble for is the one nobody on the floor can switch off.

A person sends Nothing goes out automatically

Circuit composes the message and opens WhatsApp with it ready. A human reads it and presses send. That is deliberate — automated blasting is how teams end up explaining themselves.

On the record Every action has a name on it

Who called, when, what was said, what came of it. Not to police your team — so that when someone asks what happened on an account six weeks ago, there is an answer.

Pricing

Priced by the size of the team

A five-person team and a fifty-person floor are not the same problem, so they are not the same price. Tell us how many people work the list and we will give you the number on the call — no forms in between.

Circuit is in open beta — we take on a few teams at a time so each one gets set up properly. That is why the number comes on a call, not off a price list.

FAQ

What teams ask us

Does this replace the system we already use?

No, and that is the point. Circuit sits on top of the export your core system already produces. Nothing has to be migrated, no IT project has to be approved, and if you stop using Circuit tomorrow your system of record is exactly where it was.

Does it send WhatsApp messages by itself?

No. It writes the message, fills in the details from that row, picks the language, and opens WhatsApp with everything ready — then a person reads it and presses send. We built it that way on purpose. Automated blasting is fast right up until the day somebody has to explain it.

Is this for collections or for sales?

Both, and it is the same product either way. A list of people you have to reach, a reason to reach them, and a number you are judged on. Collections calls that number recovery, sales calls it conversion. Flip the lane in the demo above and watch the same screen do the other job.

How long before the team is actually using it?

Send us the sheet you already work from. We map your columns, write your templates in with you, and the team works the list the same day. There is nothing to install — it opens in the browser and sits on the home screen like any other app.

What can it not do?

It is not an accounting system and it is not a dialler farm. It does not post payments to your ledger, it does not run predictive dialling, and it will not make a list for you — you bring the list. If what you actually need is a core system replacement, we will tell you straight instead of selling you the wrong thing.

Who else is using it?

Circuit has been running daily on live lists for over a year, with dozens of people working it at once, before it was ever offered commercially. We do not publish customer names on this page — the people who work these lists would rather we did not. We will talk you through the detail on a call.
